This is my beginners course for those that want to follow along with the main group but aren’t quite up to speed yet. This course is setup to teach you the basics and start to create a positive habit of daily exercise in your life. The exercises will push you but not break you. Follow-on beginners courses can be arranged if one month isn’t enough time for you to feel ready to join the main group.
